What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and anything you include, such as links to your music and release dates.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and carry out any project you book with us. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Our videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies until you play a video. The site uses Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers to load the typefaces. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). The site is hosted by GoDaddy. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for up to two years, and project records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
